About Us

The volunteers at Shoebox Revolution are a team passionate about making a difference in the lives of people who are currently without homes.

In 2015, Rebecca and Sheridan were inspired to make 8 care packages for the homeless, and took them to two of their local homeless restaurants.

It was easy, It was cheap and it felt good!

From there, Shoebox Revolution was born. Rebecca and Sheridan realised that other people would love to help and this small act of kindness is something achievable for people in just about any circumstances.

Shoebox Revolution began on the Central Coast, NSW and focuses on helping the local homeless community. Within 10 months of operating, Shoebox Revolution has acquired a premises at The Entrance, received authority to fundraise, fostered meaningful and beneficial relationships with fellow organisations and services who serve the homeless community, and become a fully registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission with Deductible Gift Recipient Status.

Since then, Shoebox Revolution has also opened a Sydney branch, spreading the love and kindness even further, thanks to the dedication of Lisa Davis.

Shoebox Revolution appreciates each and every one of their donors. Without the generosity of others, Shoebox Revolution cannot impact the lives of those who are in need.

SHOEBOX REVOLUTION IS ALWAYS IN NEED OF DONATIONS
